Acceptance for operation of completed buildings (structures) and execution of cadastral documents

1. The applicant registers and/or authorizes himself in the ISS and sends a request

2. The district (city) departments of the cadastral agency prepare a draft cadastral passport of the object upon arrival at the site

3. The inspectors examine buildings and structures for compliance with sanitary and epidemiological, environmental protection, and fire safety requirements and issue a conclusion based on the results

4. The construction and housing and communal services inspection department inspects the objects of categories II, III, IV with completed construction and installation work, and the district (city) construction departments inspect the objects of categories I and issue permits based on the results

5. The cadastral agency, in accordance with the established procedure, conducts state registration of rights to real estate and issues an extract confirming the state registration of the relevant right
