The service applies to changing the color, configuration, and dimensions of architectural elements on the front and side facades visible from the street without changing the size and area of ​​the building or structure

Approval is not required to change the appearance of buildings and structures located in individual housing estates, towns that are not administrative centers of districts, rural settlements (villages and auls), and outside settlements
