2. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services will visit the area where the building or structure is located and study the possibilities of changing the specialization of the facility and reconstructing it

3.Issue a permit for the change of specialization and reconstruction of buildings and structures or refuse to issue a permit, giving reasons

This service is used to issue permits for changing the specialization of buildings and structures, rebuilding, reconstructing, and designing the construction of additional buildings and structures on their territory

A permit is not required for redevelopment that does not lead to changes in load-bearing parts that affect the strength and seismic resistance of buildings (with the exception of redevelopment of areas in apartment buildings), as well as for the construction and reconstruction of lightweight structures and temporary structures without changing the foundation area
