Notification of persons who have obtained the right to drive vehicles

The applicant indicates in the form the identity document details of the person assuming responsibility for traffic rule violations, that person’s PINFL, as well as the period during which the vehicle will be operated.

The electronic power of attorney and insurance details are automatically verified through information systems. If the vehicle is operated on the basis of a general power of attorney, its electronic copy shall be attached to the form.

The person granted the right to operate the vehicle confirms acceptance of such responsibility by means of an electronic digital signature, Mobile-ID, or Face-ID.

After the form is confirmed, the prescribed payment is made, and the data are automatically sent to the information system of the Road Traffic Safety Service.
