Submitting an Application for Obtaining an Ecological Sticker for a Vehicle

1. The applicant logs in (or registers) on the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (UIPSP) and submits an electronic application.

2. The application includes information about the vehicle as well as the postal address for delivery of the environmental sticker.

3. The system generates an invoice for postal delivery costs.

4. The applicant pays the required postal service fee electronically.

5. The authorized body verifies the vehicle information through information systems and automatically determines its environmental category.

6. The environmental sticker is issued, printed, and sent to the applicant by post.
