Compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners

1. The applicant registers and/or logs in to the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (UIPSP) and submits a request to receive the service.

2. Selects the type of insurance, adds the required persons to the list of drivers, and makes the payment.

3. After the payment is completed, an electronic insurance policy is generated.
