1. The applicant first undergoes testing at AIDS prevention and control centers.

2. The applicant registers and/or logs in to the Unified Interactive Public Services Portal (YIDXP) and submits a request.

3. Based on the submitted test results, the applicant downloads a certificate confirming the absence of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) issued within the last 90 days.

4. If, based on the test results, the certificate confirming the absence of HIV has not been generated, the applicant should contact the AIDS prevention and control center where the test was taken.
