Issuance of recommendations to women from low-income families for participation in the competition within the framework of admission indicators to higher educational institutions on the basis of an additional state grant

1. The user registers and sends a request. The user must meet the following criteria:
• have a specialization in secondary specialized, vocational, or professional education;
• did not receive or is not receiving higher education before receiving a recommendation;
having five years of work experience in the specialty of secondary specialized, vocational, or professional education.
2. The request is submitted by the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction - confirming the presence of five years of work experience in the specialty of secondary specialized, vocational, or professional education.
3. by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation - confirmation of the diploma data and confirmation of the direction of study in the specialty for recommendation.
4. A recommendation is provided if the user meets the above criteria.
