Issuance of recommendations to women with at least five years of work experience in their specialty, but who do not have higher education and wish to enter state higher educational institutions

1. The user registers and sends a request.
The user must meet the following criteria:
• Must be in social notebooks;
• girls in need of social protection, raised in an incomplete family, that is, those whose father or mother, or both of them, have died;
• women in need of social protection who have lost their spouse and are raising a minor child alone;
• women from low-income families with children with disabilities (information about children;
• daughters of single women in need of social protection, raising two or more children, living separately (on rent) from other relatives;
• women from low-income families, one or both of whose parents are disabled of the first or second group.
2. A recommendation is provided if the user meets the above criteria.
