Allocation of subsidies to youth for covering educational expenses in entrepreneurship, traditional and modern professions, as well as foreign languages

1. The applicant shall submit an application through the Unified Portal for the assignment of social assistance.

2. Where the application meets the requirements of the administrative regulation, it shall be referred, through the Youth Leader, to the Mahalla Seven at the applicant’s place of permanent or temporary registration.

3. The Mahalla Seven shall examine the submitted documents and adopt a decision on either granting social assistance to the applicant or refusing the application.
