Filing a complaint against administrative documents received by authorized bodies for relevant public services
1. To use the public service, the applicant submits an application electronically through the Unified Interactive State Services Portal (YIDXP) after registering.
2. Within fifteen working days (or up to one month), the competent authority either rejects or satisfies the request to cancel the administrative document based on the results of the application review.
3. If the competent authority satisfies or rejects the application, it issues a conclusion or decision accordingly.
4. The result of the service is sent to the applicant's personal account.
Within fifteen days from the date of application (in cases where additional review is required, the application shall be considered within one month from the date of its submission)
