Certification of certain types of goods of international brands according to the register of importers on the basis of a direct contract with brand owners or their authorized suppliers
1. The applicant registers and/or logs in to the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services (EPIGU) and submits a request.
2. The competent government authority reviews the application and sends an invoice to the applicant for payment.
3. The applicant makes the payment and receives the generated certificate.
- Information confirming the registration of the brand in the Global Brand Database of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO);
- Documents confirming the availability of the brand’s products;
- Official documents confirming ownership rights to the brand;
- Documents confirming the availability of material and technical facilities for retail trade;
- Information on the applicant's ownership or lease of a permanent retail outlet;
- Information confirming the brand’s presence in the market for at least five years;
- Import contract file;
- Specification file.
– for reviewing the application for inclusion in the register – in the amount of 0.8 percent of the specification value submitted in accordance with the import contract or supplementary agreements;
– for reissuing the certificate – in the amount of five times the basic calculation amount.
