Mission of the Single Portal
Mission of the Single Portal
Interaction between individuals and legal entities with government agencies through an electronic portal, namely the provision of electronic public services by the state, is an integral part of the digital economy. For this purpose, the Single Portal for Interactive Public Services (the Single Portal) operates.
The Single Portal is the sole point of access for electronic public services provided by government agencies.
Electronic public services intended for individuals and legal entities are provided on the Single Portal across various categories.
With the Single Portal, it is possible to use electronic public services without leaving home. All you need to do is fill out an electronic form and submit a request for the desired service. For example, you can access many services such as enrolling a child in kindergarten, replacing a driver's license, obtaining permission to change (tint) car window colors, checking monthly salary, employment records, tax debts, or pension account details.

- Implementing the "one-stop shop" principle in public administration when interacting with applicants;
